The Fee Assistance Program uses the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ poverty guidelines to determine eligibility.
For 2026:
- You are eligible if each household reported on your application (yours and your parents’, if applicable) has a 2025 total family income at or below 400% of the 2025 national poverty level for your family size.
