Gaining Access to AIS
Because of the sensitive data contained within the AIS, you must register with the AAMC as an official advisor via the Official Health Professions Advisor Form. Email this document with the appropriate signatures to advisors@aamc.org.
Once registered, you'll receive access credentials and information about setting up your AAMC Account.
Note: There is a new website address for AIS. Please update your favorites and bookmarks to use the following NEW link to access the system: http://systems.aamc.org/ais2.
Already have an AAMC account?
If you already have an AAMC Account (user name and password), you will be able to use the same sign in information to access AIS as soon as you are registered.
Changed contact information or moved to a different institution?
The AIS Terms of Use Agreement requires prompt notification of any changes to an institution's authorized users. Please send us your updated information by resubmitting an Official Health Professions Advisor Form with the correct information, so we can ensure that you have access to the correct data.
