Teamwork and Collaboration

Teamwork and collaboration mean working well with others to reach a common goal. This involves knowing when to take the lead and when to follow or offer support, sharing information, and encouraging others to do the same. A strong team player gives and accepts feedback to help the group improve and succeed together.

Introduction

Great teams achieve more than individuals working alone. Whether you’re playing a sport, working on a group project, or planning an event, teamwork helps everyone succeed.

Think about a time when you worked with others toward a goal. How did you contribute? Did you take the lead or support the team in another way? Strong teamwork means listening, communicating, and helping each other improve. Let’s reflect on how you collaborate with others and how you can strengthen your teamwork skills!
