The "MD-PhD: Is It Right For Me?" session provides information for students considering pursuit of the MD-PhD degree pathway of the physician scientist. The goal of the session is to demystify the MD-PhD pathway and provide insight for pursuing the dual-degree. A short presentation will describe features of MD-PhD training, alumni careers, and detailed logistics of the application process.

After the presentation, a panel of experienced MD-PhD Program Directors and Administrators will address questions from the audience and be available for one-on-one interactions. This session is organized by the Communication Committee for MD-PhD Programs of the AAMC's GREAT Group.
