Important Notice about Your Registration and Your Identification
It is very important that your name on your identification and the name with which you registered to take the exam are exactly the same. If you have two family names please remember to enter both in the registration system. The "Last Name" field accepts more than one name. Please do not register with a shortened name or nickname. If the name on your registration does not match the identification you bring to the test center, regretfully you will not be allowed to take the test and no refund will be issued. A day or two prior to your test date, check your test center location and make sure you have the current address of your test center. (Note: Occasionally, test center locations change from the original address.) You can check the address of your test center by logging into the MCAT Registration System.
