The text in the boxes is:
- Learn for the first time or quickly review a topic area to refresh your memory.
- Test your knowledge with a short set of practice questions.
- Review your answers and learn from your mistakes by explaining why an answer choice is correct or incorrect.
- Review concepts and facts in your areas of weakness.
- After your review, practice active learning by summarizing the content from memory.
- Practice applying your learning by answering more questions in the same topic area.
- Complete a cumulative set of practice questions on all topics studied so far.
- Fight the forgetting curve by revisiting the material from previous days.
- Do it all over again with a new topic.
