Program Information
Program Name: Oregon Primary Care Loan Forgiveness Program (PCLF)

Program Description: The PCLF was designed to meet workforce needs in rural Oregon for primary care providers.
Eligible Specialties: Primary Care Physician, Physician Assistant, Doctor of Nursing Practice, General Surgery and Psychiatry. 
Service Requirements: Be prepared to begin practice in an approved rural facility within 90 days of graduation or residency Loan Awards.
Deadline/Application Cycle: Application cycle closed.
Amount: Participants are eligible for loans of up to $35,000 per year for tuition and fees in exchange for one year of service to an approved rural Oregon facility.
Additional Information: Be enrolled as full time, second- or third-year students in good academic standing.
