| Program Description: National Medical Fellowships, Inc. (NMF) is dedicated to developing exceptional healthcare leaders by expanding access to medical education, reducing financial barriers, and supporting success through medical education and career transitions. |
| Eligible Specialties: These scholarships and awards are offered primarily to first- and second-year medical students on the basis of financial need. See website for each scholarship program, which may include additional eligibility requirements. |
| Service Requirements: Demonstrated leadership and service to underserved communities is an important part of NMF's scholarship awards and programs. Applicants will be asked to share more about their service to their different communities and subsequent leadership that develops both in and outside of the classroom. |
