Program Description: The purpose of the program is to assist medically underserved communities in Arkansas with physician recruitment by offering additional financial incentives to participating physicians.
Eligible Specialties: Family Medicine, General Internal Medicine, General Internal Pediatrics, General Pediatrics, OBGYN, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine or Geriatrics.
Service Requirements: The physician agrees to practice Primary Care in the community for a period of four years. 
Deadline/Application Cycle: December 25th of each year.
Amount: The maximum amount a participant receives is $80,000 for four years.
