FIRST provides you with unbiased and reliable guidance about paying for medical school, managing money, and successfully repaying your student loans.  

The AAMC Fee Assistance Program assists those who, without financial assistance, would be unable to take the Medical College Admission Test® (MCAT®), apply to medical schools that use the American Medical College Application Service® (AMCAS®), and more.

The MCAT exam helps you show medical school admissions officers how you use your knowledge of natural and social science concepts necessary for the study of medicine to think critically and solve problems.

The American Medical College Application Service® (AMCAS®) is the AAMC's centralized medical school application processing service. Most U.S. medical schools use the AMCAS program as the primary application method for their first-year entering classes.

The Electronic Residency Application Service® (ERAS®) is the centralized online application service you’ll use to deliver your application, along with supporting documents, to residency programs. 

The Electronic Residency Application Service® (ERAS®) streamlines the application and document delivery process for U.S. fellowship positions. 

The FindAResident™ service is a year-round search tool designed to help you find open residency and fellowship positions. This service is ideal if you experienced an unsuccessful match through the National Resident Matching Program® (NRMP®) Main Match® or SOAP®.
